The long, sandy beach of Chrissi Akti is situated at a distance of some 25 kilometers southeastern to Parikia. It is one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean Sea for sea sports and especially windsurfing. It is not without reason that the surfers consider this beach ideal for this sport.
